Re extension for our disabled son.
Terry and his team did a great job building our down stairs bedroom and bathroom for our disabled son. Terry was true to his word and made the upheaval bearable by working around our daily routine and allowing us to be ready each day for the young mans return by taxi from collage. The work was done to our full expectation and we love the finished product. This has made our live easier and our son a beautiful bedroom / bathroom. We have had a two storey extension to the rear of our property carried out by T & S builders of Stockport, Manchester.
MR Terry Burrows is a very honest, reliable, knowledgeable and hard working person who carried out all the building work himself, with the help of two of his co-workers to our complete satisfaction. Terry is a perfectionist in all the work
that he does. Terry made a lot of effort to get the right kind of bricks to match up perfectly with existing brickwork
of the main house and did all the building and managing of the build himself from start to finish. Terry dealt with all the trades involved (Plumbing, Plastering, Electrical) and made sure all the work progressed smoothly without any
hiccups. Terry also dealt with the Manchester City building inspectors who attended the site during various stages of
the build and were very happy with the quality and progress of the build. Terry for a lot of the build material went
over the required specs e.g. the steels that were required for the second storey extension. His two co-worker are
characters in themselves and very hardworking as well. One of them is full of stories and jokes and kept us entertained
throughout the build. All the electrical work was carried out by Terry's son who is a qualified electrician with his
own business. Terry's son is very clean and quick and neat in all his work and also helped us with a lot of ideas and
suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble for terry and if there was any additional work or slight alterations to be
done then he gladly obliged and it was not a problem. We would gladly recommend Mr Terry Burrows of T & S Builders,
Stockport, Manchester.
